Privacy Policy

1. Product scope

AI Voice Wallet is an independent software product for recording and reviewing user-provided income and expense information. It is not a bank, payment institution or financial adviser, does not access bank accounts, and is not affiliated with any bank or financial institution.

2. Information we process

• Telegram identifiers, username, display name and interface language.
• Messages, voice-note transcripts and commands you send to the bot.
• Transactions, amounts, currencies, dates, categories, notes, budgets and reports you create.
• Family and company membership, roles, invitations, authorship, approvals and audit events.
• Files and images you submit for document recognition, plus the temporary extracted draft.
• Telegram Stars subscription, invoice and payment-status information provided by Telegram.
• Affiliate attribution information provided by Telegram when a valid referral link is used.
• Technical information needed for security, diagnostics, rate limits and reliable operation.

3. How we use information

We process information to:

• understand your text and transcribed voice requests;
• prepare, confirm, edit and report the records you ask us to manage;
• enforce personal, family and company permissions;
• provide document drafts, exports, subscriptions and support;
• prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the service.

Depending on your location, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent for optional integrations, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, and legal obligations.

4. Shared and company workspaces

Information entered in a family or company workspace can be visible to other authorized members according to their role. This can include the transaction, amount, date, category, note, author, approval status and audit history. Workspace owners control invitations and roles.

5. AI, service providers and international transfers

AI Voice Wallet uses service providers, including Telegram, OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google where you explicitly use a Google integration, to perform the functions you request. Only the information necessary for that function is sent to the relevant provider. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards available under their services and applicable law.

6. Documents and temporary drafts

A submitted document is analyzed to create a structured draft. The source file is not intended to become a permanent transaction record. Extracted drafts may be retained for up to 24 hours so you can review, confirm or discard them. Confirmed transaction data is retained as part of your wallet until it is deleted under the product controls or a valid request.

7. Optional Google Sheets connection

If the Google Sheets connection is available and you choose to use it, AI Voice Wallet requests Google's limited drive.file scope. This allows access only to Google files you select through the connection flow or files created for the app, rather than your entire Drive.

We store an encrypted Google refresh token and metadata for selected spreadsheets, such as the spreadsheet ID, name, web link, connection status and sync timestamps. When you choose Import, the service can read up to 8 tabs and 500 non-empty rows, subject to product size limits. The selected row content is sent to OpenAI as needed to identify possible transactions and create a temporary draft. Nothing is recorded as a wallet transaction until you review and confirm that draft.

Disconnecting Google removes the selected-spreadsheet metadata and attempts to revoke and delete the stored token. If Google's revocation endpoint is temporarily unavailable, the connection is marked for a retry. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Our use of Google data is limited to providing this user-facing feature and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Telegram Stars and affiliate attribution

Telegram handles Stars purchases, refunds, affiliate links and affiliate commissions. AI Voice Wallet does not receive or store your bank-card details. Earned affiliate Stars are held for 21 days. Eligibility, attribution, availability and refunds are governed by Telegram’s applicable terms.

9. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the product, when you direct an export or integration, to protect users and the service, or when legally required.

10. Retention and deletion

Records are retained while needed to provide the wallet and meet legitimate security or legal requirements. You may use available deletion controls or contact support to request deletion. Some limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.

11. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for an optional integration. You can remove transactions, disconnect Google where available, leave shared workspaces, or contact us. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

12. Security

We use access controls, server-side secrets, encrypted transport and workspace separation to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending information that is not needed for your records.

13. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully consent to this processing.

14. Controller, changes and contact

The service controller is the operator of AI Voice Wallet. We may update this policy when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
